Full Refund (48 Hours in Advance):
– Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund.

$20 Fee per Participant (Between 48 Hours and 6 pm the Day Before):
– For cancellations made between 48 hours and 6 pm the day before the scheduled activity, a $20 fee per participant will be applied. After deducting this fee, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please contact us at 865-366-1111 to process your cancellation.

No Refund (After 6 pm the Day Before or No-Shows):
– Cancellations after 6 pm the day before your scheduled tour or “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund.

At Wahoo Ziplines, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Please familiarize yourself with our weather policy:

Operating Conditions:
– Tours proceed in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, or shine.
– Cancellations due to inclement weather are rare.

Postponement and Resumption:
– In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as heavy winds, rain, or potential thunderstorms, we reserve the right to delay or temporarily pause a tour for up to one hour.
– This allows us to wait for improved weather conditions before resuming the zipline tour.

Cancellation During a Tour:
– If unsafe weather conditions necessitate the cancellation of a tour already in progress, each platform provides a roofed area for participants to wait safely.
– The entire group will be securely evacuated to the office.
– Depending on the progress through the course, we may offer to reschedule or provide a partial refund.

Reservations: To secure your spot and ensure availability for your preferred tour time, reservations are mandatory. While we’ll strive to accommodate walk-ins, there is no guarantee of availability, particularly during peak seasons.

Advance Booking: During busy periods, it is recommended to make reservations at least 5 days in advance. This ensures you reserve your preferred time slot and helps us provide you with the best possible experience.

Early Arrival: It is crucial to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This allows for efficient check-in, secure storage of valuables in your vehicle, and ample time to gear up. Prompt arrival ensures a smooth and timely start to your ziplining adventure.

Late Arrival Policy: Pay close attention to your assigned check-in tour time, as late arrivals cannot join groups already in progress. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for latecomers due to limited spaces, and others may have been turned away to accommodate your spot.

Traffic Considerations: Be aware that traffic in the area can be challenging, especially during busy seasons. Plan ahead to ensure you reach our location on time.

Mobile Service: Some areas may experience a lack of mobile service. If you are unfamiliar with the area, consider downloading an offline map, such as Google Maps, or Apple Maps, in advance.

Communication for Delays: If you encounter traffic delays or unforeseen circumstances, please call us at (865) 366-1111. Keeping us informed about your whereabouts and estimated time of arrival is appreciated and helps us manage the schedule effectively.
