If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled Wahoo Ziplines tour, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel between 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled tour time an 80% refund will be processed (vouchers/git certificates will carry a $20+tax per person). Cancelations under 12 hours or “no-shows” are not refunded! Voucher/gift certificate cancelations under 12 hours will carry the full ticket price.

Rescheduling your tour for the first time is free, but must be made prior to 7pm a day before and is subject to availability. For all other reservation changes, a $5/participant fee will be assessed. Same-day rescheduling carries a $10/participant fee.

Mountain weather can be unpredictable, but we do operate in rain, snow or shine. Rarely must tours be cancelled due to inclement weather so please dress appropriately. We will not cancel tours due to cold or mildly rainy weather. However, we reserve the right to postpone (or pause) a tour up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume the zipline tour.

In case of tours already in progress, management reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions, such as heavy winds, heavy rain, and potential thunderstorms. Each platform has a roof where participants can wait safely in the event weather conditions change quickly. If you are on tour, and management decides to cancel the tour, your entire group will be evacuated in a safely manner and escorted to the office. Depending on how far you made it through the course, we can reschedule or partially refund you.

Reservations are required to ensure openings for desired tour time. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins but there is no guarantee there will be availability. During busy seasons it is recommended to make a reservation at least 5 days in advance to ensure you reserve your preferred time.

It is VERY IMPORTANT TO BE 45 MIN EARLIER for your scheduled tour time. During this time you will need to check in, place your valuables in your car, get geared up, receive instructions and information about ziplining.

Please pay close attention to your assigned zipline tour time as late comers cannot join the group already in progress. Keep in mind that you will need to be at the office 45 minutes earlier. No refunds will be offered for late comers as spaces are limited and zipline guests have been turned away for your spot.

Traffic in the area can be bad sometimes, especially in the busy season (late spring-summer-early fall). Please prepare ahead to get in time for your zipline tour.

In certain areas you will experience a lack of service for your mobile device. If you are not familiar with the area, we recommend that you download an area map (ex: Google Maps)
